**What is the job about?**
The Material Master Data & Digital tools Coordinator execute on material and product master data processes according to Group/Regional or local practices and standards. Furthermore, the role will support adoption, standardization, and quality of material and product master data processes and tools, while also being experts on local variations, ensuring these are properly handled. Ensure an optimal implementation and usage of digital self-service tools and eCommerce tools in the cluster. Supports the continuous development and improvement of the digital tools as well as secures onboarding and training towards both CSSC and customer after close coordination with the divisions.
The job also requires the expertise to successfully drive external eCommerce implementation as well as facilitate PxM setup, data distribution and pricelist creation. The position is driven by the divisions in the priority of tasks and represents the connection between the global Digital & Customer Excellence team, web department, CSSC Teams, CSSC Excellence Team and Marketing/Sales
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Being the Gatekeeper for all incoming CIC-MDO requests in the cluster, review the requests and decide the next action according to the SLA, as imbedded in the CIC-MDO system
- Subject matter expert on material and product master data ways-of-working and field usage within the cluster, including local exceptions, forms, process integrations, etc.
- Localize local product/material data
- Supply data to customer systems
- Maintain data in local system
- Advise PIM on local needs (incl. local legislation and certificates)
- Creation via Product Configuration System
- Distribution of information towards local colleagues in CSSC and sales
- Monitoring and drive material and product master data quality as per defined standards
- Highlight process/tools issues to Business Process Owner
- Conduct administration (access management), deployment and implementation on all digital tools (e.g. eCommerce, PxM and self-service tools)
- Execute digital tool training with CSSC, sales and customers
- Implement pdf2idoc/EDI/VMI with selected customers
- Support on local product range maintenance to ensure data quality on digital tools
- Subject matter expert on PxM data distribution and implementation partner on local ecommerce portals within cluster
- Coordinate update of local price lists and implementation of local variations
- Proactively seek out needs for new Ecademy content development
- Monitor digital tools adoptions and drive further adoption towards global targets
- Highlight process/tools issues to Product Owners and Business Process Owner Support Business Process Owner in documenting local process and field variations, D&CE and Divisions in identifying areas of improvement**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:
- Degree or equivalent level, preferably in a business administration or engineering discipline
- Intensive knowledge of SAP ERP/CRM/BW, digital tools and order handling is preferred
- Great material and product processes and cluster variations experience
- Deep familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Very good IT literacy skills
- Local language and English communication skills - only English resumes will be considered
