Manage Master planning, for a multi-modal manufacturing site; observing a perfect balance between customer service and Production Plant to serve customers quickly, with quality, flexibility, and outstanding service.
- Create and maintain, material lead times, and resource constraints to commit with customer order needs based on their first promise ship date.
- Responsible to maintain Service at 90%.
- Responsible to work in a closely manner with the Master Scheduler to maintain Acuña Plant On time service. (OTS) to be at or above 90%. Influence the owners to act to reach this level and maintain the good results.
- A shared responsibility of FG inventory control shipments to the DC.,
- Update MRP controller on new finished goods.
- Review Customer Orders Backlog and Back orders and ask for action plan to sustain these needs.
- Update and communicate on a proactively manner to Customer Service on not-on-time-fulfilled customer orders.
- Communicate capacity and resource constraints to other business units and leadership
- Work with Master Scheduler's team to identify and execute on customer change requests, pull / push opportunities and excess material consumption
- Works together with business leadership.
- Provide CPSD and OPSD for all Acuna made specialty products and be point of contact with product management, sales, customer service, shipping, and fulfillment leadership on when orders will ship
- Work with customer service, sales, and distribution in constrained supply conditions to ensure product is allocated to correct orders.
- Coordinate with Master Scheduler in monthly cross functional forecast calls for consensus demand plan
- Maintain lead timetables for assigned products and modify as needed for supply constraints and changes in sku status
- Fulfillment leader in NPI projects for assignment products, coordinate with demand planner on phase-in and phase-out demand plan to minimize obsolescence
- Support localization strategies, engineering initiatives and TCO programs. Encourage lean methodology, identify risks, timing, and cost/benefit impact to product lines.
- Own MRP parameters in 1WDR & 5154
- Provide estimated sales dollars shipped and order rate per month for quarterly forecast tracker
- Responsible to create deliveries to meet sales call, working with Customer Service for S/O blocks, NSB4 to avoid incorrect shipments.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- English and Spanish speaker, both fluently, is a must
- 3 years of experience on Master Planning
- 2 years of experience in Manufacturing including experience in Materials Process end to end
- 2 years of experience on Inventory management, minimum.
- MS Office software knowledge
