**Material Planner**:

The Material Planner handles end-to-end planning of inventory in excess of invoicing, from purchase requisition to customer invoice, assisting internal customer service inquiries. In this role you will set inventory parameters and inventory targets, while making sure that there is adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Responsible for finished goods planning for warehouse replenishment: work with feeder factories and/or external suppliers to achieve customer fulfillment while maintaining inventory levels to business targets.
- Executes procurement cycle: ensure adequate purchase requisitions to purchase order conversion and vendor invoicing. Root cause as needed for problem resolutions.
- Maintains planning parameters' alignment (lead times, safety stock etc.) for material availability to desired service levels and partners with demand planning for forecast changes/adjustments.
- Performs inventory sanity checks, analyses of short, excess and obsolete/aging inventory. Determines and takes appropriate actions for optimizing inventory performance. Collaborates with sales, marketing, product management, feeder factories and / or external suppliers to drive improvements.
- Leads weekly pacing metrics with factories to support finished foods fulfillment. Runs daily/weekly reports for process control, process deviations and exceptions resolution. Also, responsible for performance reporting: on time delivery (OTD), procurement exception messages management, inventory days on hand (DIH), inventory overstock, and other related KPIs.
- Liaison between factories, warehouses, and Customer Excellence team. Manage short cycle demands, expedite past-dues, urgent demands and/or special customer requirements with factories. Lead weekly pacing meetings with factories to provide Customer Excellence team commitments and monitor/drive their execution.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Materials Management, Business Administration or Engineering (Industrial preferred).
- 5 years of experience in operations; materials planning, sourcing and/or logistics preferred.
- Knowledge of integrated ERP systems, specifically SAP.
- Proficiency in MS Power BI & Excel.
- Six Sigma (Green, Black) certification.
- AGILE Methodology.
- Salesforce experience.
- APICS/ISM certification.
- Additional education on Supply Chain management.
- Advanced English level (C2).
