Are you passionate about supply chain efficiency and ensuring smooth production processes? Join our Shipment & Warehouse team as a Material Planner Head. You'll be responsible for assuring material availability to execute production plans for two plants (Morning Foods and Snacks) for Kellanova LATAM and Kellanova North America based on an adequate inventory policy.
You will also manage day-to-day interaction with suppliers and coordinate escalation process to mitigate delivery issues, minimize material obsolescence risks and provide proper visibility in order to accomplishment with production plans. This role is located Linares, Nuevo León, México.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
**Material Availability Planning**: Generate a material availability plan for the next 3 months, organized in weekly buckets.
**Obsolescence Risk Management**: Provide visibility to minimize and mitigate risks of obsolescence.
**Contingency Planning**: Establish visibility and activate contingency plans in coordination with sourcing or through inventory buildup.
**Inventory Management**: Define future inventory policies for raw materials and generate an inventory budget for a specific Business Unit.
We're Looking for Someone With
2-3 years of business experience in planning, scheduling as well as manufacturing procurement.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related.
Fluent English.
SAP knowledge
