Material Planner

Requirements:- Industrial Engineering or related field- Minimum 1.5 years in automotive.Main Responsabilities:- To Track the items of each supplier in daily basis making sure we have enough material in Plant also enough material in transit to cover the production plan.- Send a release/purchase order to the supplier on time in order to request the material.- Send a forecast in weekly basis to the supplier in order to keep them aware of any demand fluctuation.- Make sure all the invoices are received in SAP.- Evaluate the production plan in advance to communicate our team of any risk of shortage of material.- Elaborate the plan of the cycle count process.- To make sure the cycle count process is being done on time.- To track the inventory discrepancies after the cycle count process gets done.- Follow up the pick up's in the plant of the supplier and also make sure the material is arriving the plant on time.- To track all the engineering chance properly in order to avoid any obsolescence.- To maintain the good inventory level of raw material in Plant considering the safety stock amount established.Knowledge:- MRP system- Waterfall reports.- Demand variation.- To manage oversea suppliers.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Servicio de comedorLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
