Material Planner

Tasks- Analyze gross requirements and inventories.- Analyze and maintain SAP demands, requirements and material master- Identify and act on potential risks to vocer production plan according to procedure- Analysis of demand fluctuation in order to request additional or cancel requirements to the suppliers.- Establish negotiations with the supplier in case of demand fluctuation, backlogs, quality issues, etc.- Monitor the raw material transit to ensure reception.- Assure material availability to execute production schedule based on customer call off.- Analysis, execution and decision making over MRP, parts in transit and suppliers delivery schedule.- Maintain correct parameter settings on SAP materials master.- Optimize inventories by constant analysis on demand fluctuation, production volumes, supplier location, transportation modes and piece price.- Daily monitoring of days on hand, goods in transit, blocked material.- Follow up Material Shortage Management procedure.**Qualifications**:- Academic Degree (Engineering or administrative)- Expert English- Advanced SAP MM- ERP Experience- Advanced Office tools; experts Excel- Communication skills- Bachelor degree- Advance Microsoft Excel- Active communicationAbout usThe Autonomous Mobility and Safety Business Area integrates safety technologies and controls vehicle dynamics to ensure safe and comfortable driving.
