Material Planner

Analyze gross requirements and inventories.
- Analyze and maintain SAP demands, requirements and material master
- Identify and act on potential risks to vocer production plan according to procedure
- Analysis of demand fluctuation in order to request additional or cancel requirements to the suppliers.
- Establish negotiations with the supplier in case of demand fluctuation, backlogs, quality issues, etc.
- Monitor the raw material transit to ensure reception.
- Assure material availability to execute production schedule based on customer call off.
- Analysis, execution and decision making over MRP, parts in transit and suppliers delivery schedule.
- Maintain correct parameter settings on SAP materials master.
- Optimize inventories by constant analysis on demand fluctuation, production volumes, supplier location, transportation modes and piece price.
- Daily monitoring of days on hand, goods in transit, blocked material.
- Follow up Material Shortage Management procedure.
