- Bachelor Degree
- Proficient English Spoken communication

- 4 Years of experience in the position, inventory control, MRP Systemns

- Automotive Experice Certificatinos ( IATF, ISO, Autitor Certifications)
**Activities**:
1, Set up planning rules and inventory plan/location of materials, manage the inventory level in a reasonable means, control DOH and aging.
2, Establish and update MRP parameters in the system (min inventory level, multiple specifications, mi/max order Qty, cycle, supplier delivery time, etc.)
to shorten the delivery cycle and improve customer satisfaction.
3, Work with production and logistics team to make detailed material plan, meet production requirement.
4, Work with purchasing department and other relevant departments on supplier management to improve supplier on time delivery
5, Release forecast to supplier's base on customer demand and production schedule, monitor supplier raw material inventory, alarm to purchase team if there are any risks.
6, Supplier logistics KPI (OTD, inventory) monitor, and conduct root cause analysis and action plans.
7, Supplier capacity survey and risk identify, escalate to purchase team and management level.
8, New program material management.
9, Join the monthly inventory or cycle counting.
10, Supplier issues resolve, example: the packaging issues, shortage, not delivery in time, etc.
11, Build the PFEP, Glidepath for each project.
12, ECN material management.
