Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our material procurement and inventory management processes.As a Materials Planner Lead you will contribute to the Talent Development and Hiring processes of Materials Planners.**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:- Monitor the Submittal and execution of material requisitions by Planner and Planner Sr. based on Supply Plan information.- Collaborate with Planner and Planner Sr. on keeping Kanban Loops Updated using Std Deviation Kanban Formula and Maintaining the MRP /KB Items within the SS required.- Work with Planner and Planner Sr. on interpreting the Supply Plan material requests and analyzing data related to material usage, inventory levels.- Monitor the Submittal and execution of ISO / Internal Orders and monitor delivery and clearance of Quarantine by Planner and Planner Sr.- Monitor the updating of Planning Category ( MRP/ KB/DSY) and Inter Div Sourcing Rulers. Inter Div Parameters Maintenance- Collaborate with Planner and Planner Sr. on Phase In Phase Down / out - Eng. Changes Product and Introductions, product transfers and ECO's- Team up with Planner and Planner Sr. on Inventory Reduction Initiatives and keeping Inventory Levels within healthy range.- Conduct more complex and in-depth analyses of material usage, inventory trends, and supply chain performance
