Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Material Planning Analyst.
The Material Planning Analyst will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus, and will be responsible of coordinating shipments and material requirements to cover customer demands, specially focus to check customer orders full processing.
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Customer orders confirmations._
- _ Coordinate shipments with Warehouse, Operations and CSR._
- _ Alert and monitor urgent material receipts_
- _ Analysis and generate of manual purchase orders_
- _ Analysis of customer demand._
- _ Expedite material shortages with suppliers._
- _ Analysis and report of customer liabilities, aging material, excess and obsolete, etc._
- _ Perform general reporting for Top Management, CSR, Business Managers, etc._
- Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on research of data from multiple sources.
- May create and/or maintain databases in help of data collection.
- Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.
- Where applicable, suggest process/communication improvements relative to metric tracking activities.
- Audits data. Challenges and resolves data integrity issues
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ Bachelor's degree._
- _ Experience in materials or related fields. (purchasing, planning, and/or supply chain)._
- _ Experience with MRP or ERP._
- _ Intermediate - Advanced English._
- _ Experience in the electronic manufacturing industry._
- _ Office Package (Advanced Excel)_
- _ Teamwork_
- _ Experience in contact with different areas._
- _ Preferably Data Analysis experience. (Knowledge of Macros, visual basic, Tableu or SQL)_
- _ Preferably experience with Kinaxis._
