**Job Description** The Material Planning Analyst is responsible for**:- Reviewing and executing daily basis procurement activities driven by their program.- Understanding budget tools in order to align with Program Managers.- Getting suppliers Quotes and review them with stakeholders for QTY/delivery date needed according to Program needs. If a quote does not support the requirement escalate immediately with Product Enabling Manager or Program Manager to define next action.- Reviewing on daily basis Purchase Order status, maintain a consistent order tracker for stakeholders to consult.- Understanding of materials shortage report, to drive necessary actions to meet required program schedule.- Attend meetings when needed.- Communicate Shipping information to Recipient if a shipment is in progress.- Providing procurement and logistics support.
