Position:Material Planning Associate I
Job Description:Our next Material Planning Associate I will be a part of our Corporate HR Team within our HR Solutions Center. This is an exciting team to be a part of as you get to work with many aspects of HR and support many people throughout the organization. We're looking for a candidate who has some HR experience but is looking to learn, grow and would like a long-term career in HR.
What You'll Be Doing Plan and pipeline inventory for low to medium complex customer demand—lower dollar value and/or lower part count.Review backlog and shortage reports to assure uninterrupted supply of inventory. Tools would include backlog matching, shortage reports and the Arrow flex reports with minimum customer interaction.Prepare Arrow generated forecasts for e-compass. Upload and manage the exceptions generated from the e-compass processing.Maintain manual bonds to assure interrupted availability of inventory.What We're Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.Minimum 1 year of related experience.Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial or business related field required.Highly prefer experience with Oracle.Excel Intermediate.What's In It For You?
