- Managing process for assuring correct and on-time flow of information transfer towards the suppliers.
- Managing activities to assure complete and on-time fulfillment of supplier requirements.
- Defining and managing activities leading to assure maintenance of target inventory levels for raw material product, as well as required coverage ranges.
- Manage the process and control mechanisms to assure efficient supplier order processing.
- Identity, implement and manage proper tools to correctly evaluate supplier order fluctuations.
- Manage processes to assure proper communications with suppliers (EDI, Web EDI, supply on, etc).
- Managing the Logistic Supplier team in order to ensure the daily operation.
- Support specific supply chain management activities during New Project Launch, Eng.
Changes and Face-Out phases, to assure on-time availability of new components and elimination of creating of obsolete material.
- Implementation of Preferred Sourcing Models according to business model required in segment.
- Control costs for freight and customs to comply with the assigned annual budget.
- Control and track costs for premium freight; for statistics and financial monthly and annual results.
- Ensure corresponding approvals for premium freight; since it is a requirement based on the procedure established in the extraordinary freight plant.
- Prepare and review information necessary for the generation of freight and customs costs for annual budget.
**Qualifications**:
