- this role will be responsible for maintaining_
- materials/purchasing_
- data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers, and create and maintain outsources parts schedules._
- What a typical day looks like:
- _ Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the analysis of data._
- _ May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the analysis of data._
- _ Collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data._
- _ Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on analysis of data from multiple sources, which may include but will not be limited to customer bills of material reports, staff metrics, PPV metrics, and PPV form tracking._
- _ May create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection._
- _ Audits data.
Challenges and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations._
- _ Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics._
- _ Where applicable, suggest_ process/communication_ improvements relative to metric tracking activities._
- _ Tracks materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required._
- _ Daily review of RMA transactions_
- _ Create weekly purchase orders including all client parts_
- _ Receive data entry for clients_
- _ Update content list and item master_
- _ Prepare DPT packing list for LCAD repairing_
- _ Window to client material (consigned parts) supply_
- _ Window to client bulk RMA service_
- Here is some of what you'll need (required):
- _ Typically requires a bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience_
- _ Previous exp working with materials_
- _ English (spoken and writing)_
- _ MRP Validation_
- _ Clear to build experience_
- _ KPI_
- _ Customer complaints_
