Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Material Planning _located_ in _Flex Juarez._- Reporting to the_ _Warehouse Manager_ _this role will be responsible for maintaining_ materials/purchasing_ data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers, and create and maintain outsources parts schedules._What a typical day looks like:- _Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the analysis of data._- _May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the analysis of data._- _Collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data._- _Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on analysis of data from multiple sources, which may include but will not be limited to customer bills of material reports, staff metrics, PPV metrics, and PPV form tracking._- _May create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection._- _Audits data.
Challenges and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations._- _Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics._- _Where applicable, suggest_ process/communication_ improvements relative to metric tracking activities._- _Tracks materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required._- _Daily review of RMA transactions_- _Create weekly purchase orders including all client parts_- _Receive data entry for clients_- _Update content list and item master_- _Prepare DPT packing list for LCAD repairing_- _Window to client material (consigned parts) supply_- _Window to client bulk RMA service_- Here is some of what you'll need (required):- _Typically requires a bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience_- _Previous exp working with materials_- _English (spoken and writing)_- _MRP Validation_- _Clear to build experience_- _KPI_- _Customer complaints_What you'll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.EF55Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain
