From wherever you join us, you will be experiencing the opportunity to invent and deliver better things, brilliant solutions and a space where you can continue your career and take it in different directions.Your 'day to day'Ensure materials (DIMs, SEMIs, Leaf) supply continuity in line with production requirements, stock levels, ordering strategies and SLAs in conjunction with Supply / Production Planning and DIM Procurement.1) Create materials supply plan that supports Production Plan (Short & Mid Term) per Category and per Factory, analyze MRP results2) Maintain adequate materials stock levels for uninterrupted production plan, in the designated WH capacity and minimize the potential LOGD3) Develop mitigation actions involving various stakeholders in the affiliate / region & BSP to solve business challenges, through collaborative effort4) Maintain alignment with Supply Planning, SIP, PPMD, CSO in the course of executing the production plan5) Run feasibility checks for the first production (timelines) of new projects6) Perform Super User activities for MRP activities (P1, AERA etc.)7) Collaborate with third party Business Services Provider (BSP) for MRP activities8) Ensure Compliance with regulations, PMI principles & practices and EHS normsRole responsibilities:1. Materials Requirement Stock ManagementMaintain adequate materials stock levels (DIMS, SEMIs, Leaf) to meet the production plans requirements, in line with ordering strategies, at an optimum cost.Monitor the coverage of on hand and planned delivery quantities on a regular basis with respect to revised production plan and/or rejected quantities and take the necessary actions to avoid out of stock and over stock situations. Assess and measure potential risks exposures.Analyze MRP activities, monitor the status of orders and perform follow up with the suppliers to meet the required time and quantity, organize delivery schedules according to the standard transportation method.Perform sanity check to have right materials with right quantity on right place in line with the production requirements while taking stock strategy into account.NPI Support: support feasibility checks for the first production of new projects in full alignment with Supply Planning & PPMD. Ensure materials availability for first production date for new projects.Be part of continuous improvement and lean process implementation, take an active role in cross-regional synergies, optimization programs and projects to streamline and standardize processes.2
