Capgemini is seeking a Planner with 3+ years of experience in the Material Requirements Planner process, this role is a team player person and will be responsible for creating and release material Plan for particular areas working hand in hand with other members of the Supply Chain area.
**What you'll do?
**
- Lead the Material Planning/Production Planning team for a market/category in a worldwide CPG company
- Create MRP Plans based on production needs and available inventories
- End to End inventory analytics (ex-Business wastage, excess inventory) including target of reducing inventory.
- RPM Norm determination.
- Analyze the reason for plan failures and work with IT and internal team to fix the issues
- Monitor Suppliers' performance and feedback to Procurement
**What you'll bring**:
- Provide insights through various management reports.
- Check materials' availability and propose actions for excess / shortages
- Create inventory projections for RMPM ensuring alignment to targets.
Analyse gaps and propose mitigation actions.
- Bring best practice of market to the delivery.
- Work with transition and transformation teams to deliver best practices to the client.
**Technologies**:
SAP, Excel, Oracle, Tableua Platform, SAP APO planning books (desired).
