Materials Test Engineer will be able to execute testing like:
- Material Failure Analysis
- Accelerated aging
- Management of specialized analytical equipment
- Performance tests for interior parts, under hood and under roof Component
- Flammability Analysis
- Corrosion tests
- Thermogravimetric analysis
- Material characterization
- Mechanical tests on universal machines Preparation of samplethrough specialized and state-of-the-art equipment
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, develop & conduct diverse Basic - Intermediate materials testing
- Prepare of formal written test reports
- Report ADV (Analysis, Development and Validation) testing status through constant communication with customers
- Support Quality Processes
- Conduct laboratory best practices and safety standards
- Create and update of Standard Work Instructions for all Materials Lab Activities
- Participate in Problem Solving Teams
- Analyze and interpret resulting data from tests.
- Support and act on Safety Findings with Corrective and Preventive Actions
- Respond to problems that may occur during testing
- Propose, Lead and implement Continuous Improvement and Innovation Projects
- Drive continuous improvement in the labs (prepare lessons learned and document them) keep quality in work per quality system and pursue standardization.

**Educational Requirements**:
- Mechanical/Chemical/Metallurgy/Similar Engineering Bachelor
- Basic - Intermediate Experience:
- ?Using laboratory equipment to characterize metals, polymers, and composite materials.
- ?In UTM (universal testing machines) performing tension, compression, and flexion tests in diverse materials.
- ?Performing metallographic analysis.
- Basic - Intermediate Knowledge on:
- ?Materials characterization techniques such as FTIR, TGA
- ?Lab Work/Practices
- ?Plastics or Textiles
- Intermediate-Advance English Level
