Insurance plans (Medical, life insurance, and more)Employee Assistance ProgramResponsibilities:Creates conforming Purchase Orders and Intercompany order management.Participate in the chargeback process identifying opportunities from contracts and proactively advise procurement team of all non-compliance that can lead to claims or chargeback.Leverages respectful and professional relationships with suppliers and internal network to achieve objectives maintaining an internal network of resources.Analyses and monitors daily logistics performance indicators in LeanDNA and/or Eclipse and/or ZEUS and/or BaaN and/or MacPac and/or ACE, as applicable (Shortages, PO line late, Exception Messages, Snags, RNC).PFEP (Plan For Every Part): Optimizes the communication and purchasing structures with supplier (PO structure, purchasing order strategy, etc.).Controls and maintains BOM costs in accordance with applicable contracts, changes authority budget, or justifies budget delta for approval.Analyses, supports, and integrates change management implementation plans for a given product family.Understands production line installation position, supplier lead times, and master schedule for their portfolio.Manages and negotiates delays in delivery dates during open PO review by understanding impacts and delays on production line and relaying them back to suppliers along with contractual remedies in case of material breaches.Prepares and executes coverage charts for leadership when required (4 blockers) and presents them during commodity.How to thrive in this role?You typically have a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar core in Supply, Logistics or Planning.You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain or equivalent.You can work independently, as well as part of a team.You have good verbal and written communication skills.You can work with MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.You are detail-oriented, focused, and committed to meeting deadlines.You are bi-lingual (English and Spanish).You have previous SAP experience.Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier family!
