.Purpose Statement: Control warehouse in-put and exits, deliver requested materials on time to comply with the production program.Key Job Accountabilities:- Report findings detected during the Monthly (ESD/EHS) and Annual (Calibration/ISO) internal assessments from MFG to responsible engineers and Follow up open actions list to solve.- Take measurements of temperature and Humidity management data report (ESD), storing measurements in a proper manner and time.- Ensure improvement initiatives execution and participates actively to improve Laboratory environment as 6S Auditor.- Coordinate calibration procedure for Laboratory instrumentation as needed, making sure the equipment is properly calibrated monthly bases.- Incoming inspection materials (Inspection is limited to non-dimensional, non-functional aspects of the material) and data entry of receipts into the accounting system in a timely manner to maintain overall real time data accuracy.- Support purchasing and logistics procedure execution, ensuring delivery and coordination of local and international shipments in timely manner.Additional Accountabilities:- Adapts to changes (work plan, priority and management decision) in the work environment. Flexible to learning new tasks.- Able to work cooperatively in a team and cross-functional team(s) as needed.- Openly and proactively shares information, knowledge and experience with co-workers.- Laboratory consumables tracking management and request items as needed.- Incoming and out coming system execution materials within AX and JDE, ensuring correct materials management.- Packaging materials for shipment accordingly to the procedures.- AP support inquiries- Deliver incoming materials to appropriate departments or jobs in order to meet specified deadlines.- Preventive and corrective maintenance Laboratory equipment support.- Inventory Control (Spare parts, Consumables, Assets, Storage material, Log Material)Education/Experience Qualifications:- A minimum of a High School diploma is required. Three (3) years of related experience is required; four (4) or more years of related experience is preferred.An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications:- Intermediate verbal and Written English language Communication Skills.- Intermediate Decision Making and Problem Solving.- Medium computer skills required.- Material Handling Equipment including but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks, bar code scanners, etc.- Expertise in manufacturing management system (ERP) specifically inventory control (Example JDE/AX/WMS/VIZOR/MetTeam- Ability to prioritize- Ability to work under pressureWork Environment:- The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level
