**Job Purpose**:
Maintain accurate inventories and ensure good control of materials on the floor. Timely control management of inputs, outputs and transactions to avoid discrepancies in all materials (raw material, finished product and WIP). Achieve compliance with internal requirements, the client IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Authorize the departure of materials owned by DANA, as well as maintain their traceability.**
**Maintain the accuracy of raw material, finished product, and off-site material inventories**
**Ensure timely transactions of transfer of materials to other areas**
**Coordinate the improvement actions that arise through the discrepancies found in the cycle counts.**
**Report inventory closures and discrepancies to Materials Management for review and correction of the result.**
**Compliance with the cycle counting program.**
**Review a daily report of all receipt discrepancies (Missing PO, Discrepancy in quantity, description, missing item, etc.)**
**Monthly month-end report**
