The industries we serve include: commercial aerospace, defense, advanced computing, next generation telecommunications, complex industrials, medical, and semiconductor capital equipment.**Summary**Ensure the supply of materials to cover production requirements at the best possible cost, through the integration of work teams and clear processes, with the aim of satisfying customer requirements.**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Coordinate and direct the purchasing, planning, warehouse and logistics functions.- Ensure the establishment of processes to monitor and control spending on Materials and inventory control.- Monitor inventory levels in accordance with local and corporate goals.- Monitoring of Materials costs and their evolution.- Participate in contract negotiations- Supports cross-functional training in projects- Manages relationships with suppliers and provides guidance in the relationship of suppliers.- Ensures the correct monitoring of the inventory disposal process.- Ensures the monitoring of the policies and procedures defined in the plant.- Monitor and control expenses within your area of responsibility.- Ensures freight charges are within allowable parameters- Alignment of production plans against customer requirements.- Provides information and guidance to manufacturing for the follow-up of the production plan.- Ensure the veracity of Materials inside and outside warehouses.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's degree in closely related field preferred- 4-year degree or equivalent in executive management experience- Minimum 8 years of experience in electronic manufacturing, 3 years in leadership positions at Executive level- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Effective personal interrelationship skills- Ability to handle multiple events or take additional responsibility if required.- High sense of organization and definition of priorities- Demonstrate high attention to detail.- Ability to work with diverse and/or multifunctional groups.- Demonstrate high discretion, a sense of reliability and confidentiality, independent judgment and very high professionalism.- Self directed or with mínimal supervision using your judgment- Understanding of continuous improvement tools- High sense of service to its clients and focus on it.- Knowledge of productivity tools including Microsoft Office, Web ex, Power BI.- Ability to coordinate and achieve solutions through their work teams.- Demonstrate knowledge of internal and external logistics for material flows.- Knowledge of inventory optimization strategies and lean concepts
