**Opportunity**
**BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
Member of the Materials Management COE, this position will be responsible for providing Supply, MPS and Detail Planning best practices and improvements to the Kitchen and Bath group globally.
**TARGETS**
- SME for Supply, MPS and Detail planning in K&B group.
- Work with stakeholders across the company to understand the needs and lead projects to ensure best in class processes.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with broad team members to drive improved analytics, reporting, and process.
- Identify areas of the supply chain that require attention, estimate potential impact and saving for the organization, adapting to the resources and assets available and/or recommending a path forward.
- Monitoring of systems adherence, methods, and procedures.
- SOE member to drive improvements.
- Drive Lean Production Plan through the organization.
- Lead Kaizen events.
- Define metrics to ensure plant success.
- Develop and mentor the planning teams across the organization.
**RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS**
- Report to Sr Manager Materials Management COE
- Contact with regional Supply Chain Managers, Material Managers, and Directors of Operations when developing and enhancing processes and systems that support manufacturing plants and/or categories.
- Contact with Corporate Information Technology and Regional IT Business Solution Managers on project planning implementation and system issues.
- Travel: This position requires approximately +50% travel
**Skills/Requirements**
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
1- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, or related field.
2- Minimum of 5 years' hand-on Supply Chain
3- Minimum of 3 years' experience interacting with operations of various countries/cultures.
4- Minimum of 3 years' experience with SAP or similar ERP system required.
5- Picks up knowledge quickly, demonstrates strong leadership, is highly reliable with a positive attitude.
6- Ability to conduct end user training. flexibility, adaptability, and process improvement approach
7- Strong verbal and written communication skills, energy, drive, enthusiasm, and determination.
