Hubbell is committed to continually innovating solutions that work, transforming old products with new ideas, and ensuring that we Energize, Enlighten and Empower the communities that support us.Division Overview**Position Overview**:- The- **Materials Management Systems Architect **will play a key role in:- Reviewing existing relevant business processes across HES to identify opportunities for standardization / adoption of best practice- Prioritizing opportunities, selecting initiatives, gaining consensus across stakeholders and executing business process improvement projects- Partnering with the Corporate Business Process team to assure alignment on process standardization and the adoption of best practice- Drive improvement and ensure alignment with business needs- This position will report to the Sr Director, Performance Management & Analytics and work closely with HES operations, Brand management, site-level management and customer service to drive standardization to support core business key metrics.**Skills and Experience**:- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS).- Results-oriented with a track record of success in delivering on business objectives.- Exceptional judgment with a demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast-paced environment.- Strong written and verbal communication skills with all staff levels and backgrounds.- Must have 5 years + experience in SAP across multiple functional areas including materials management, production planning & warehousing.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Identify key business processes and standardization / best practice opportunities.- Develop network of local business process experts and establish and promote business processes best practice.- Lead the organization with project manager methodology with regular updates on operations business processes, and practice regular change management elements especially communication, training/support, monitoring/reinforcing, and focus group engagement.- Own end-to-end operations process design across HES manufacturing sites.- Develop and maintain strong global relationships in a matrixed environment of business, corporate and cross functional levels
