Proactive leader to build the organization needed at RRX, same as develop subordinates

Massive data management thru ORACLE and take decisions based on data, variables and impact to the business. LT reductions, manufacture frequency, Material orders & Management, Inventory turn over

Experience to define strategies to improve inventory turn over

Supply experience in terms of P&IC and MRP Oracle with focus to customer service. Part slotting, ERP parameters, etc..

Experience to organize warehouse in terms of organization, materials distribution, Cycle counting, etc..

Promote environment to new ideas, improve operation, automate process at Shop floor and administrative

Fluent English verbal and writing

**Necessary Skills**

Continues improvement experience. Lead Kaizen events, Develop continues improvement road map, X Matrix

Experience to implement Kanban and one piece flow

Experience to define strategies thru MRO buyer and contribute to VCP's

Effective presentations and communication

**3 -5 years as Materials Manager. Metal Mechanic Industry.**

**Desire Experience**

Financial experience to lead finance and take business decision

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per month
