Responsible for the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies for the Juarez plant.
- To ensure that the right materials are available at the right time, in the right quantities, and at the right levels of inventory.
- To receive and analyze sales forecasts, prepare production plans for the plant and manage the purchasing and inventory plans in accordance with the plant and divisional objectives.
- Management of Key indicators (Inventory Turns, On Time Delivery, etc) to measure the plant performance against goals.
- In a support function the incumbent is responsible to aid the business production managers in training and developing specialized materials knowledge and skills in all materials personnel. To comply with ISO 9001-2015 requirements; this applies to all functions in the facility.
**Basic Qualifications
- BA, BSME or equivalent.
- 10 years' experience in materials on a manufacturing environment.
- Analytical approach to problem solving.
- Working knowledge of MRPII, JDE and J.I.T. APICS Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bilingual English Spanish. Strong Leadership and communication skills.
