We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Materials Manager** based in **Apodaca Plant, Apodaca, NL**.** (E-Systems Division).
As **Materials Manager** you will be responsible for manage the Materials and Logistics Planning to satisfy the client's requirements, observing at the same time the optimization of the company's resources and adherence to corporate and international trade procedures.
**Your Tasks will be**:
- Materials and logistics area administration for the correct functioning of the department.
- Supervise customer service activities, production scheduling, inventory transactions, and logistics activities.
- Monitoring import and export logistics of customs agencies and shippers.
- Placing orders to suppliers for the purchase of material.
- Warehouse and personnel in charge management.
- Ensure delivery of finished product on time.
- Physical inventories coordination.
- Be the means of communication with internal and external departments.
- Responsible for materials department results in Staff meetings.
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Education: Industrial Engineering, Foreign trade, Logistics, or any related field.
- 5+ years of experience as Materials Manager in Automotive Industry.
- Worldwide Supply chain / QAD knowledge.
- Knowledge in SOX and CTPAT procedures.
- APICS certification Desirable.
- Proficient English level.
