**Key Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with other managers to determine supply needs- Coordinate and supervise reception and storage procedures.- Supervise the distribution of supplies in the organization- Control inventory levels and ensure material availability during emergencies.- Supervise, evaluate and guide subordinates of his department.- Maintain detailed records on purchasing activity, quantity of materials, specifications, etc.- Assist in forecasting to plan future orders.- Guarantee the operation of assortment of materials to the production process through production orders where applicable.- Ensure the operation of the assortment of materials to the production process through the assortment to points of use, supermarket and tunnel where applicable.- Ensure compliance with CTPAT requirements in warehouse and receipt areas and functions.- Monitor and ensure the transfer of inventories from the external warehouse to the plant.- Analyze, monitor and ensure compliance with the accuracy goals of inventories through the execution of the cycle count program.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Bachelor Degree- Advanced English- Experience in a similar position from 5 to 10 years in the Materials area (Planning, Warehouse, Purchasing, Logistics).- Personnel management.- Organizational and talent development.- Matrix environments.
