Job PurposeCapture, interpret and inform the customer service area about the requirements shown to suppliers and coordinate activities related to the fulfillment of material needs, so that they are satisfied with quality and timeliness.
Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork in conjunction with material planners to meet company objectives. Provide accurate and timely information on the status of the suppliers' delivery, in order to achieve their reliability, following the systems of each of them by virtual means and thus be able to schedule production in a timely manner without affecting efficiency.Provide the necessary tools to all areas involved, according to the needs detected, in order to meet the needs of internal customers. Meet goal of zero delays and plan to avoid affecting internal customers.You must be able to negotiate with suppliers and respond with recovery plans.
