We are looking for a S&OP Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team.
Based in Tetla - Mexico.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the S&OP process, leading monthly meetings with Operations, SC, Sales, IS and Finance, aligning sales forecast and production capacity.
- Analyzing monthly/weekly production plan to make sure that all the required volume will be able to be produced according to a previous analysis of production capacity, workforce, raw material, etc.
- Monitoring the transfer dates, monitoring production progress, managing, and coordinating changes on transfer dates with PCP.
- Stablishing and tracking customer's delivery dates based on product cycle production time, production capacity, row material availability in coordination with programing and production areas.
- Make and have the production plan done based on commercial forecast; focused on customer service (OTD)
- Provide maintenance to the system to have an appropriate MRP planification
- Monitor and control of FG inventory (MTS and MTO) and imported goods (FG) through statistical analysis and reports
- Determine strategies to reduce raw material inventories in Plant.
- Generate improvement projects in inventory reduction (RM and FG) to prevent SLOBS.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Related.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the area.
- Language: Advanced English (required)
- Knowledge of inventory planning (RM & FG), inventory management, production programming, S&OP.
- Advanced Excel (required)
- Negotiation Skills
