**Job Listing Detail****Materials Planner **for operations in JIT (Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila)Lear Corporation is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.As a Material Planner you will be responsible to ensure the timely supply of productive materials to the plant through the correct use of the material control system as well as monitoring the daily requirement and shipment of the same avoiding delays by suppliers.
Coordination of shipments of suppliers without incurring Premium Freight, as well as excesses.YOUR TASK WILL BE- Sourcing based on customer requirements,- Inventory management of productive materials ensuring that a minimum level of inventory is maintained according to the goals, avoiding Premium Freight.- Managing supplier performance to enforce operational requirements such as shipments to supplier's time, shipping, ASNs, premium freights, etc.- Inventory management to ensure that we do not incur inventory obsolescence due to engineering changes and/or model year.- Coordination of engineering changes with areas involved (Ing, Suppliers and System).- Maintain inventory reliability of its parts at 98% minimum in conjunction with Cyclical Counts.- Analyze inventory differences and adjust the system appropriately.- Responsible for maintaining and updating the PFEP.- Responsible for maintaining and updating the E&O Report.- Responsible for generating ASN when a product arrives in the Receipt area.- Responsible for making the corrections of the result of cyclical counts in the system.- Follow-up to virtual requests.- Logistical information.- Timely follow-up to supplier coverage considering inventory differences and negative / COGIS.- Follow-up until the closing of transfers / loans of material to sister plants.- Evidence and information required for Inter CIaquadraer at the end of the month.- Participate in the quality, safety, health and environment system.- Corrective Actions - Preventive Actions.TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED- English, logistics, material tracking, traffic, cubing, handling purchase orders, SAP, Releases.- Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade or International Business.- 2 years of experience in the area of material planningLI-DNI
