Ensure the continuous and efficient flow of productive material by covering a production plan that meets the customer's needs while maintaining an optimal inventory
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive demand in SAP for Production Plan to analyze requirements to ensure the availability of materials
- Creation of Releases EDI in weekly basis
- Create supplier's pick-up windows and follow up with Import/Export the arrivals on time
- Monitor material in transit
- Ensure optimal inventory levels based on the objectives defined by the plant.
- Generate and maintain the assigned KPI's.
- Generate the Supplier Delivery Performance per month
- Daily monitoring of exceptions in SAP
- Daily creation of Dashboard report to follow up critical and possible shortages
- Weekly monitoring of Inventory levels to forecast the next 3 ends of month
- Participate and contribute to Inventory discrepancy analysis
- Update and documents updated version of MMOG
- Assist and prepare information for SMT meeting will multidisciplinary team
PROFILE
- Industrial Engineering or Degree in Business Administration or similar
- English Proficiency
EXPERIENCE
- >1 years SAP (Modules MM/PP/WM)
- >2 years Materials Planner.
