**Job Description**:
This position monitoring and coordinate the activities of Materials Planning and procurement thru MRP system and monitoring the proper stocks levels.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyse BOM, run rates, and safety stock level to eliminate stock-out and ensuring appropriate material flow.
- Develop Strategies to improve and reduce the material cost.
- Manage and report on any vendor pricing inflation and purchased part variances (PPV)
- Provides for the development and maintenance of inventory control systems to track status of purchase orders, inventory levels, and production requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, planning, scheduling and material control in coordinating material logistics for schedule maintenance projects.
- Supplier care follow up (Quality, Quantity and Time factors).
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience making sourcing and suppliers development.Knows a wide range concepts and approaches including purchasing for lean manufacturing, Kanban, Min/Max and supplier development. Requires expert negotiation abilities and above strong analytical skills. Shows excellent verbal and written communication skills including with executives or in international contexts. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects.Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in the dynamic environment. Inventory Strategies to make sure the turns, levels and obsolescence's. Requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. May require MS Access experience. Positivity & right demeanor, strong sense of urgency to resolve issues. INMEX background and follow up. Advance English Previous experience on SAP ERP.
