Materials Planning Associate Iii

**Position**:Materials Planning Associate IIIArrow Electronics is looking to hire a Material Planning Associate III to join our team in Guadalajara!**What You'll Be Doing**- Plan and pipeline inventory for low to medium complex customer demand-lower dollar value and/or lower part count.- Review backlog and shortage reports to assure uninterrupted supply of inventory. Tools would include backlog matching; shortage reports and the Arrow flex reports with minimum customer interaction.- Prepare Arrow generated forecasts for e-compass. Upload and manage the exceptions generated from the e-compass processing.- Maintain manual bonds to assure interrupted availability of inventory.**What You'll Need**- Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2 years of experience or a 2 year degree and equivalent related experience- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel- Ability to juggle many tasks at once- Proven ability in handling difficult customer situations professionally and effectively**What's In It For You**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
