Reporting to the Materials Manager, you as a Materials Planning Supervisor will be responsible for Supervises a production planning team, typically consisting of team leads and/or planning coordinators, responsible for production schedules. Oversees training and development of the team as well as establishing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure efficiencies. Manages the daily workload to ensure that manufacturing schedules are met and align with the demand of customers.

- Supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of the team. Organizes daily workflow and ensures that employees understand their duties and performance benchmarks.- Trains team members on policies, procedures and best practices and provides input for performance reviews.- Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and implements solutions.- Serves as an escalation point for questions and complex logístical situations.- Other duties as assigned.- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.- Seven to ten years of experience with at least three years at a supervisor level- Supervisory skills- Advanced knowledge in MS Office- Strong analytical skills- Strong communication skills- High attention to detail- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
