As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.In this role, you will work closely with our contract manufacturers to ensure that they are clear to build to enable on-time delivery for complex products in an ambiguous and fast-paced organization.ResponsibilitiesReview global shortages at scale and mitigate future shortages.Partner with commodity managers to improve supplier performance.Oversee sharing accurate forecasts to suppliers and proactively track supplier commitments.Work with suppliers to review on-time delivery and create improvement plans.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.2 years of experience in materials management with agreement manufacturers.Experience with Supply Chain operations in asset management, manufacturing, procurement, commodity management, or supplier management.Experience in commodity management.Preferred QualificationsExperience in clear to build (CTB), managing supplier forecasts, sub-component reporting, and split adherence within global supply chain.Experience manipulating data with spreadsheets (e.G., Google Sheets).Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment, with attention to detail.Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.Additional InformationPlease submit your resume in English - we can only consider applications submitted in this language.
