Responsible for the planning of materials and production, providing resources and materials according to pre-established demand.
May also supervise other analysts in their activities.
Responsible to provide quality and efficient planning to ensure materials availability for plant production.
Maximize the performance of suppliers through effective planning and communication, encouraging and ensuring all communication and process is delivered in a professional, timely manner to all internal and external customers/suppliers.
Supervise all activities and tasks necessary to contribute, support and execute processes that provide timely and effective attention to the needs and requirements of suppliers throughout the manufacturing cycle.
May also supervise other analysts in their activities.
**Responsibilities/Skills**- Verify that materials are moved correctly in system (Plex) to ensure inventory accuracy.
Manage inventory levels to avoid excess or lack of raw material.- Keeps constant communication with Customer Service, Warehouse and Production Control areas.- Ability to manage multiple task and projects; able to determine project urgency; creates action plans; organizes and schedules people and tasks effectively- Manages obsolete raw material to ensure there is 0 inventory due to obsolete material.- Manages and communicates critical raw material with suppliers and Juarez organization
