STPS requirements related to general working conditions, IMSS, NOM-035, PAYROLLS and advanced use of MS Office.
Coaching knowledge or certifications.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Training and training of the processes, strategies and controls of the operation for all the department's operatives.
Ensure the control and maintenance of mobile equipment driver licenses.
Create training plan and strategies, budgets and alignments with operational and legal needs.
Employee recognition processes.
Preparation of reports, management of rotation, absenteeism, activities related to EH&S, training.
Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
Complete planned training related to Quality and Training on time.
Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
Comply with safety rules determined according to your role.
