We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Materials Supervisor**, based in **Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua**_ _(E-Systems Division).
As Materials Shipper you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment and ensure a consistent quality system executed according with the Lear Leadership model.
**Your tasks will be**:

- Ensure the availability of material in the plant on time.
- Follow up of raw materials shipments from suppliers.
- Supervise material handlers to ensure shipping and receiving functions are met and meet customer expectation.
- Facilitate physical inventories.
**To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have**
- Education Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineer, or any related field.
- Proficent with Microsoft Office.
- QAD.
- Bilingual (English - Spanish) B1 Level.
- Communication skills.
