**What you will do**:- As a Project Manager, you drive the product development of sleep products (mattresses, beds, and têxtile accessories) from the ideation process to the approval of the final specifications.- You will develop the products to push the boundaries of what is possible for superior sleep.- You coordinate the product development in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders and suppliers all over the world.- You define the product specifications (incl.
target costing) and co-innovate together with partners from all around the world the products of the future through different iterations.- You monitor and report on all aspects of the projects including progress, project profitability, and risks.- You coach, mentor and supervise younger team members on different projects.- You make sure to meet the deadline while keeping the costs on track.
