Job Description
What Your Impact Will Be

Understand the processes and needs of the business in depth to develop recommendations that allow us to improve our performance (market share, revenue growth, etc.).
Perform price analysis and discount recommendations that optimize the profitability of our brands.
Understand the market, white spaces, and opportunities for Mattel to grow in the region (focus on regional analysis in Mexico and Brazil).
Lead the development of automated tools to solve the needs of commercial teams.
Develop synergies and scale with global insights teams to replicate best practices and develop global projects.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For

Experience in analysis and development of business cases with proven impact on sales and profitability.
Experience in pricing and discount analysis focused on optimizing profitability.
Knowledge and management of market data such as Nielsen, NPD, or IQVIA.
Forecasts development (Market Growth, consumption growth, etc).
Development of reports and visualizations in online platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. - Preferred
Advanced Office (Excel)
Advanced English
