Position Overview:Strategic management of supply, search, negotiation, and evaluation of business growth opportunities with suppliers. Monitoring of compliance with contracts and purchase orders, working with internal partners and suppliers for resolution of operational and commercial disputes. Market intelligence to be informed of the factors that influence our costs and our business.Key Responsibilities:Generate the commercial and legal relationship with suppliers to maintain continuity and operations of the business.Support BCP, innovation, CCI, and operations of Mx and USA business by creating new supply sources and relationships with suppliers.Participate in annual planning, LTP, budget, and all internal processes to develop the Mx office strategy.Manage the performance of suppliers according to business goals.Validate the financial processes with suppliers to ensure compliance with MCK policies.Generate a database of marketing intelligence to create a tool for maintaining our business costs and budget.Keep all suppliers updated in the system to guarantee proper operations.Required Qualifications:Completed University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or similar.Finance certification preferred.5+ years of experience in the food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries.Proficiency in Excel, data extraction & manipulation, and basic financial reporting.SAP/ERP experience or knowledge (preferred).Experience in Supplier Management (validation, control, metrics, quality control).Experience in spend and budget management.Self-confidence and strong negotiating skills.Analytical mind for interpreting figures and other information.Strong numerical skills.Time management and planning skills.Conflict management abilities.Strategic thinking skills.Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
