This role will provide you with an opportunity to learn about various aspects of the entertainment industry, as well as an opportunity to join a team that is committed to ongoing process improvement and individual development.Your Role Accountabilities:Performs the entering of accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, petty cash and pcard transactions.Uses problem-solving skills to identify procedural inconsistencies and recommend process improvements that will ensure our procedures and data are compliant, effective, and secure.Qualifications & ExperienceAccounting or Business Administration bachelor's degree is preferred.Experience with PSL, Smart Accounting, related third-party accounting systems and MS Office preferred.Attention to detail and accuracy.Results oriented mindset with a drive to achieve objectives.Ability to interact professionally (written and verbal) with staff and outside vendors.Ability to work in a rapidly moving, matrixed environment.Experience with digital filing preferred.Entertainment industry experience is preferred.Previous experience in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment preferred.
