.Job Description: Responsabilities: MTS is a key partner to Design Engineering in New Product Development (NPD). MTS works closely with DE to ensure that products in NPD programs are designed to have the highest possible manufacturability characteristics, ensuring highest possible quality, safety, and lowest possible cost while meeting key performance characteristics.MTS is responsible for developing cutting edge manufacturing processes as part of our NPD programs and bring these processes to fruition. MTS is also a key component of advancing AWP manufacturing capability. This includes automation, robotics, and AGV's.Requirements:- B.S. Degree in Engineering. Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or Industrial is strongly preferred. Other degrees will be considered with appropriate experience.- Conversational English skills- Travel around 20% (preferred with VISA/ current passport)- Strong experience in welding- Knowledge of NPD process- Experencie on Robotic welding and programming- Root cause analysis for manufacturing and welding issues.- Experience with the setup of welding equipment.- Experience in GMAW, GTAW & FCAW welding process.- Experience in Carbon Steels & Aluminum Steel.- Experience developing PQRs, WPSs & WPQs.- 3 + years of experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment- Must have the ability to develop standard work- Experience creating methods and processes required to manufacture heavy equipment- Must be able to manage workload for multiple projects at once- Proficiency in SolidWorks is desirable.- Must have a proven history of working independently with mínimal direct supervision.- Demonstrated team player and team leader qualities.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.If you are interested in an open position but feel you may not meet all the listed qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.Terex Overview: Terex Corporation is a global industrial equipment manufacturer of materials processing machinery, waste and recycling solutions, mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), and equipment for the electric utility industry.
