The product line alone serves as proof with advances in machine performance, equipment automation, fleet management, and John Deere's ongoing investment in emerging markets.**Major Purpose**:As a ME PDP FAB you will:Support laser cutting plasma cutting and forming functions of all new product. Also you will be in charge of all CI programs following EPDP methodology.**Main Responsabilities**:- Be responsible for programming laser and plasma cutting machines and presses to introduce PDP and CI Programs- Provide production floor support including methods of operation, efficient material flow, balancing work between machines, setting time standards and supporting the maintenance and operation of this process- Work with production engineers, supervisors, plant engineering, and the production floor to translate these inputs into a production process that meets factory goals for safety, cost, quality, and productivity.- Help diagnose machine downtime issues, create and update nests to align with efficient kitting, increased material utilization, downtime events, and support during start of production of new programs.- Execute and follow up CI Programs activities.**What Skills you need**:- Background in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, power systems, etc.).- Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools.- Understands the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP).- Knowledge of manufacturing and/or distribution processes, quality, tooling, tool design, total preventative maintenance and facilities.- Working knowledge of database management tools, the various loan accounting systems, and process management systems
