**Main Responsibilities**:
- As a first instance, he will be responsible for the implementation of a project to increase capacity and relocate production lines.
- A manufacturing engineer responsible for the implementation and maintenance of product manufacturing lines, as well as supporting changes to current and new products if required, where he plans and coordinates the implementation of manufacturing processes and line designs for components that are assembled on John Deere machines.
- Responsible to propose ideas of cost reduction and No Value-added activities, time taking, line balancing, documentation of processes, quote of the product to be manufactured, analysis and calculation of the budget required for the acquisition of tools, machinery and infrastructure for the development of the project in which I work, always focused on meeting the safety, quality, efficiency and deliveries of the process.
**What Skills You Need**:
- Knowledge in manufacturing processes for the manufacture of mechanical metal products, such as GMAW welding, thermal cutting, forming, machining, and assembly.
- Knowledge in reading drawings, GD&T, and weld symbology.
- Knowledge in line design, implementation of layout of operational process lines.
- Basic knowledge of design software.
- Knowledge in the design of tools for the manufacture of metal mechanical products.
- English 85% or higher, should be able to read and communicate fluently in this language.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- Knowledge in CNC Machining.
- Industry 4.0 implementation.
- Previous experience in the implementation and/or relocation of production lines.
**Education**:
- Engineering in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronic Industrial or equivalent.
