The processing plant will produce gold dore and antimony concentrate by a process that includes crushing, grinding, flotation, concentrate handling and filtration (antimony) as well as pressure oxidation, CIP and elutions (gold). We are currently recruiting for several Mechanical Designers at all levels to join our Minerals and Metals Business line in the Hermosillo office.About the RolePrepare mechanical layout detail designs and drawings in line with project design requirements for various areas from the following list:Crushing and reclaim, including conveyor set out and detailingFlotation and regrind, including the associated reagents and air servicesConcentrate filtration and handlingCIP and POXTails thickeningWork in SmartPlant model environmentDeliver design drafting according to project design requirements as well as the defined regulations, codes, and standards.Maintain consistent design drafting standards across project areas by communicating expectations and holding project members to account for standards.Facilitate and ensure interdisciplinary coordination when developing the modelAbout YouMechanical Engineering Technician's diploma or equivalentExperience in the layout of mineral processing plants in a multidisciplinary EPC/EPCM environment.Working knowledge of SmartPlant an asset.Able to use vendor data, drawings and information to develop and verify the model.Understanding of industry regulatory codes and standardsWhy Ausenco?We support individual growth and aim to allow you to work in a way that plays to your strengths.
