Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-**Main Duties**: Interpret specifications of drawings, design, develop, install and maintain new or modified mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronical and pneumatics components or systems to keep them working properly.- Implement and maintain innovative and efficient manufacturing process.- Knowledge of computer-aided design/modelling software, CATIA as a plus.- Implement and maintain the 6 M's.- Design and identify Poka-Yoke production tooling.- Design the transfer hooks & transfer carts.- Fixtures, hand tools, transfer cart/hook purchasing process & PO release.- Introduction new equipment form submitted.- Create a preventive maintenance plan & spare part.- Submit all PPAP documentation required- Build the P3, Pilot and Dry Run parts.- Continuous improvement.- Implement SMED Project.- Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient- Knowledge of computer-aided design/modelling software, CATIA as a plus.- Writing reports and documentation- Analyzing and interpreting diagrams.- PLC knowledge.Key skills- Bachelor Electromechanical Degree or related field- Minimum 4 year of experience related with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronical devices.- Effective technical skills- Problem-solving skills- Creativity- Teamworking skills.- Computer-aided design/modelling software, CATIA as a plus- Bilingual (80% English and Spanish) both oral and written.LI-VR1
