**Descripción y Requisitos****Purpose of the position**:Design, analyze, manufacture and deploy mechanical devices:EOAT (End Of Arm Tooling), fixtures, jigs and required devices for the different automated and manual processes and products in JSD campus**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:- Design system components, including detailed drawings for Robotic manufacturing using best practices- Assess all mechanical plans and procedures as well as electrical processes in order to ensure maximum productivity; use knowledge regardingmotion, mechanics and materials to assist.- Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects- Design a way to test the parameters of systems in order to understand the limitations of a product- Create company materials by using the principles of mechanical engineering; use customer input and product specifications to achieve this.- Build methods of manufacturing by developing machinery that can fulfill tasks efficiently; use parts to assemble new equipment or adjust existing machines.- Lead the testing and product quality assurance system by designing procedures to ensure all problems are noted and addressed- Design fixtures and tooling for new and existing processes- Tooling Experience with 3D solid modeling (Solidworks a plus)- Create complex manufacturing drawings- Supervising or training project team members- Supervising or training automation and mechanical techniciansCumplir con los procedimientos, instrucciones y normativas de trabajo de los diferentes sistemas de gestión (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SER, CCIE, CTPAT y aquellos que la empresa registre), de acuerdo con los manuales establecidos y asegurarse de cumplir con los requisitos legales, regulaciones, calidad, medio ambiente, salud y seguridad, SER, EICC, CTPAT, etc. que caen dentro de la empresa/Comply with the procedures, instructions and regulations of work of different management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SER, CCIE, CTPAT and those that the company register), incumbent upon it according to established manuals and ensure follow legal requirements, regulations, quality, environmental, health and safety, SER, EICC, CTPAT, etc; that fall within the company.**Scholarship**: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University program.**Experience**:- Minimum 5 years' experience in Robotic environment in mechanical facilities Robotic design- Experience in High volume Robotic Production Flow'- Experience in working with a team of professionals in a full-robotic MFG environment- Commitment to quality engineering and customer service- Software knowledge in Autodesk - AutoCAD 2017 and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**LANGUAGES**: English (Advanced)**SOFTWARE / COMPUTER SKILLS**: MS Office & MS ProjectTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $11,111,111.00 - $2,222,222,222.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes
