Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Design tooling/tools required to perform operations base on product design (GD&T)- Process purchase order, Suppliers interaction for tooling fabrication, validation, implementation.- Design and introduction of new equipment.- Ability to solve problems (PSP methodologies, 5W,DMAIC)- Implement short and long term improvement.- Proficient in budget management (Capital and operation expenses)- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.- Performs activities related to safety. (Strong focus on safety improvement)**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:- Engineering degree (Electrical-Mechanical, Mechatronic or automotive)- Experience 4 years or more.- Bilingual (80% English & Spanish) both oral and written- Six Sigma methodologies- AutoCAD, CATIA, Solid works Pro E.LI-AZ1
